Cost of Disengagement

In a recent Psychometrics survey, 99.5% of 368 HR professionals surveyed feel that engagement is an important issue for their organization. 69% indicated that it is a problem for them currently.

The most common results of disengagement were
work relationships (29%), lower productivity (25%) and unwillingness to go beyond their job description (17%).

Here’s the kicker…employees who are disengaged just go through the motions of life at work. They don’t leave to engage somewhere else…they are neither fully productive…or fulfilled.

Calibration is the route to engagement. Discovery of self, team, mission, role and empowerment.

What steps can you take today to calibrate?
